Ealing Liberal Democrat Leader, Councillor Gary Malcolm, attended a rally which started outside the Town Hall and ended at Dean Gardens, stopping in the centre of the Northfields Avenue - Uxbridge Road junction where cyclist Claudia Manera died recently following a collision with a lorry.

Councillor Gary Malcolm said: "Advanced warnings were given to all hospitals many months before the attacks took place and it is very sad that the government did not fund IT investment to ensure that hospital services were not affected."

At an Ealing Council meeting, last night, all of the Liberal Democrat Councillors voted to support a motion to stop women and staff sufferring verbal, physical and psychological attacks whilst visiting the Marie Stopes clinic.
In the vote, two of the Conservative party Councillors abstained.
Liberal Democrats demand to see more electric charging points
In response to a public question that Liberal Democrat Councillor Gary Malcolm asked the Labour Councillor responsible for environmental matters, he admitted that Ealing Council only has 36 electric charging points for cars currently and expects only 66 by the middle of next year.

However some showed signs of stress during a hot and dry summer that year. Residents questioned whether the watering was adequate. Only sixty have survived and still have leaves on them. Eight look dead or dying. Presumably the others were removed or stolen.

Labour-run Ealing Council have changed the frequency of street cleaning across the Borough. As a rule deep cleansing - which had been reduced to every six weeks only last year - will now be every twelve weeks!

Southfield Liberal Democrat Councillor Gary Malcolm, commenting on the independent report examining the causes of the delays and disruption on the Piccadilly Line over the past two years which was published today said: "The service provided by the Piccadilly Line has been shocking in recent years. Last December there wasn’t a single weekday when the Piccadilly Line had the minimum required trains running during peak evening times."
