Protecting Our Environment

We've been the leading voice in protecting and maintaining Ealing's green spaces.

  • Led local community groups to influence the Council to drop plans to develop on Warren Farm, which is home to at least 20 endangered species.
  • Stopped the Council from reducing protection to our Green Belt and Open Spaces (MOLs) for use potential developments like the Ealing Riding school grounds.
  • Called the Council to sort out the issue with many Lime bikes being left, blocking the pavements.
  • Successfully pushed the Council to agree to hire a Conservation Officer
  • Campaigned to get bad Council tree pruning contractors sacked
  • Regularly reported fly-tips and build up of leaves on pavements so that the Council can clean up those streets.
